1. What is an Enrolled Agent?

An Enrolled Agent is an individual who is licensed by the Department of the Treasury to represent
taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. That means that an Enrolled Agent can not only
prepare your return, but can also meet with IRS for you in case of an audit. Unlike CPA's who are
licensed by state, EA's are Federally licensed and can practice anywhere in the US.

2. Why Can't I Do My Own Return On The Computer?

You can. You can also walk from Baltimore to New York, but it certainly is not the fastest, most
efficient way to get there. A computer program can only record what you tell it; while our expert
preparers can suggest tax saving deductions that you never thought of.

3. What is E- File?

E-File simply saves you the time and expense of mailing your return to IRS. We transmit your finished
return directly from our computer to IRS's computer, thus saving postage fees and ensuring that IRS
receives your return. Since E-mail is faster than snail mail, you receive your refund in about 12 days
instead of 4 weeks.

4. Where Can I Get Tax Forms?

Banks and post offices seldom provide blank tax forms anymore. Your best bet is to visit the nearest
IRS office or visit the IRS website at www. IRS.gov and click on "forms and publications". Of course you
can always come to our Glen Burnie office. We have 'em all.

5. How Much Do You Charge?

Our fees are based on the complexity of the return, not on your income. We have no" minimum" fee,
like many CPA firms. Our fee for the most basic return,i.e, Federal, Maryland state, standard deduction,
and E-File is from $65 -$75. Of course the more schedules you have,i.e. itemized deductions, child care,
rental properties,etc, the higher our fees. Our average fee is about $145.
